MANAGING DIRECTOR

Linda Taylor has been a trailblazer in the HR industry for over two decades. Her extensive expertise in every aspect of people operations and has been instrumental in helping her clients navigate complex HR challenges with ease. She is a passionate leader who is well known for providing innovative and practical solutions that help companies overcome HR obstacles and achieve their goals. 
Linda established Executive Rhythm in 2017 and has supported major organizations like BBDO and Leo Burnett, and entrepreneurial start-ups as they define their people strategies, processes, and organizational structure.  She also has extensive experience with M&A and specializes in change management.
Linda is known for her ability to balance the needs of the business and the needs of the team, ultimately delivering optimal results for the organization.

 

MELISSA MARKS
MANAGING PARTNER

Melissa joined Executive Rhythm in September 2023 bringing over 20 years of comprehensive HR experience specializing in HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Executive Compensation and Employee Relations.  Spending much of her career in the advertising industry, Melissa thrives in evolving, fast paced environments and appreciates the operational components that are important to delivering an optimal employee experience.  Aside from managing the day-to-day HR operations of an organization, Melissa served as an HR advisor on several strategic initiatives including company restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, change management, HR system implementations, job architecture and salary structure creation.  Melissa has a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals and teams.  She is solution-oriented and committed to making a difference to your organization’s performance, culture and bottom-line.
